4. Client Responsibilities

-Client Content: You retain ownership of all content you provide to us. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of providing the Services.
-Third-Party Materials: We may use third-party plugins, software, or tools to deliver the Services. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of any third-party providers.
6. Termination
-By You: You may terminate your use of our Services at any time by providing written notice to us. Recurring services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
-By Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Services if:
-You breach these Terms.
-Payment is overdue and not resolved within 10 days.
-We determine, at our sole discretion, that your use of our Services is unlawful or harmful to others.
Termination does not relieve you of your obligation to pay any outstanding fees.

-Hosting and subscription fees are non-refundable once billed, except in cases of error or billing disputes.
